Fort Collins Coffee Collective is the brainchild of coffee obsessive and roaster, Matt Loewen. Born from a desire to spread coffee knowledge and magic, FC Coffee Collective is a vibrant, community-centered coffee tasting club that connects Fort Collins through local beans, curated tastings, and shared ritual.

We host Comparative Tastings featuring The Bean Cycle, other regional and international roasters through Airworks, occasional special guests from the world of coffee, coffee education, and community. Our Saturday morning tastings are great for anyone with an interest in coffee—super nerds and neophytes alike.
